Super Freak
Guys what are some other great dioramas?
Thanks for your feedback!Received mine, guess I'm lucky that no pieces came in broken.
Pros:
+ Great, and big display piece
+ Very dynamic pose; even if it's "superhero"-esque with Nate's punching pose, the big stone base gives a much more Uncharted feel to it
+ Base is nicely sculpted and painted
+ Nate sculpt: very nice wrinkle details on the pants and shirt. I really like the hair and face sculpt too. Definitely looks more "aged" than the very smooth-skinned Uncharted 4 Collector's edition figure with the sculpted tiny stubble bumps and some wrinkles on the head. Also some nice vein definition on the arms.
+ Nate paint: multiple dark tones on the clothes and on the skin too, helps give off a dirty/gritty look to Nate. Gun holdster has a very nice and sleek brown-red tone and gives off some realism to it. Skin tone is good too, was worried that they would give him a tan look.
+ Soldier sculpt: great details in the sculpt of the soldier's uniform
Cons:
- Some paint QC errors on Nate: stubble should be a bit darker above the upper lip, the QC on the eyes aren't great (black pupil bled a bit), the silver of the ring on his left ring finger bled too. Thinking of adding a dot of white on Nate's eyes since it's just a boring one-toned blue color.
- Paint QC on the soldier: much more simple, more one-toned especially for the skin. But it is a good contrast with Nate who's been running around in nature all day. Also, the paint on the soldier's right hand that's holding the gun is REALLY bad. There's excess strings of paint, but it isn't noticeable once you connect it to the soldier. QC on the fingers is bad too, paint on fingers bleeds over the black glove.
- Assembly: kind of a pain, especially when needing to connect the peg in Nate's left hand to the soldier's right shoulder. And as SuperDuckWC mentioned, the soldier's foot can't go i all the way in the base and leaves this weird gap between the stairs and the soldier's right foot. Not too noticeable though.
Final comments: Overall pretty satisfied. Paid $400 USD total ($350 for the statue + $50 for shipping) from the Playstation Gear store.
However, I don't think it's worth $350, more like $250, especially with the shoddy QC, and how some people received theirs with broken pieces. For $350 I would expect near-perfect QC and the paint on the soldier is just average. Still one of my most prized collection centerpieces and very happy to have, though. Also probably one of the best Uncharted collectables, after Sideshow's Uncharted 3 Nate statue (don't have it, but looks to be quite amazing).

Thanks for your feedback!
I agree on the fact that Nathan is better painted than the guardian, and indeed the base is really well done. How does the hand with the shotgun fit in yours?

I just wanted to share my custom 1/6 UC4 Nathan Drake, since I know there are fellow collectors in here that may appreciate it.
Holy crap.. He looks incredible, I'm extremely jealous
Fillion.. I mean Drake looks fantastic there. Where is the sculpt from?
I would kill for a 1/6 Uncharted 4 Drake. With all the 3rd party makers doing fantastic work, I hope we see something soon.
I dig it. Love the uncharted franchise
Wow! Nice!

WOW! MarfMaster you probably have the most accurate-looking Uncharted 4 Nate figure out there. Super impressive, especially with the rooted and styled hair!!
