You guys got Fisher for nothing, Gasol for NOTHING, now you get 21 home games in the first 3rd of the season.

Shatterer I completely disagree that having road games at the end of the season being worse than before. Working out your offense and defense and get everything top notch is what every team goes through in the beginning of the season. What better time to do it than being on your home court 90% of the time.

i can't agree with this statement, if you stumble early in the season you can work your way back into the playoffs (especially if you're home most of the time during the 2nd half of the season.)

If you stumble after the all star break then you are pretty much done. Playing teams vying for playoff positions in the 2nd half the season is much harder than the begining and if you are on the road most of the time it's that much harder.

Like i said before the Lakers have the drawing power that 95% of the other teams in the league do not have so they go on the road more in the 2nd half when the intensity level is cranked up. If you ask me that's much harder to do than traveling a lot at the begining of the year, but maybe that's just me.

On a side note yes Lakers got crushed by Denver, no excusses, Denver was the superior team that evening. There'll be other games.

Iverson is now a free agent and nobody is picking him up. Who'd ever thought a time will come when the 2001 MVP will not be wanted at all, even if he can still play some?

He reminds me of Steve Francis.. Quick, tough amazing ????er, whos game relied on speed to work.. Through injuries and age a step or two are lost yet their attitude is that they can still do all the things they did a decade ago. The true greats adapt to their age and injuries or accept lesser roles which are still important roles if they still want to keep playing. Iverson is an unintelligent baby..

The Knicks thing will be a disaster..

D'Antoni didn't put up with Marbury's crap. i dont see how he and Iverson will ever work out either...

Damn Suns cost me money last night, couldn't even win against a hapless Hornets team. :sick

Never bet on a team that never plays defense and cant rebound the ball to save their lives.

Looks like AI wont be going to NY, I have a hard time believing anyone will pick him up. The only team that makes sense is Orlando cause they have no PG now that Nelson is out again.

Probably so, but they had been playing well on the road and I expected Nash to have his way without Paul in there. :(

December 1st I'll be at Madison Square Garden again to watch the Knicks host the Suns :rock can't wait!

Suns roll the Grizz :rock

We get our big man back finally, plus a 4 game road trip that could be a sweep as well. :rock
