I wanted him.. I envisioned him in the Rick Fox role for us..

Not sure what our next option is aside from Shannon Brown .. At least Miami didn't get him.. Utah is looking kinda interesting..

Jefferson and Milsap is an "interesting" combination up front for the Jazz (assuming healthy).

The western conference is about youth OKC, Sac, LAC, Grizz. Lakers will beat any "contenders" Mavs, Spurs, Jazz, Rockets, Nuggets and Portland unless something unexpected happens.

I would be happy if Sac just makes the playoffs this year :lol, but Cousins looks like a beast so far in the summer league

Btw-Miller officially signed with Miami. They got some old guys on their roster, but it does look pretty good so far, but I still dont see a pg on there

More important, they need more Size.. They have 1 slow footed big.

they drafted 3 Centers already............just cause we havent seen them play yet, doesnt mean they wont be any good, and maybe they already know that. As long as one of them can play defense and make lay ups, thats all they really need from that position.

That article reads more like a novel...lol. No quotes or named sources. It reads like Wojnarroski made it all up, but I don't doubt the truth of it. Its just written in a way like the reporter was watching it all. Anyway, lots of stuff about LeBron that nobody ever knew but not surprising.

I agree :thud:

The last two sentences sum it up: "James had been gone a long time. They just never wanted to believe it". I don't believe James had any intention on resigning for quite some time.

A person believing in conspiracies could fathom the number change this season was because he knew number 23 was retired in Miami. I am surprised that hasn't been uncovered by these sleuths :lol

He's a pretty reputable writer..

Anyone who tattoos "the chosen one" across his back has a huge delicate ego..

Everyone knows LeBron knew what he was going to do. I just find it funny that his ego was too big to announce his decision along w/ the other two guys..

The decision fiasco upholds James massive ego. I don't doubt for a second this was a long time planning on behalf of James & Co. but he knew milking it kept his name in the news. I believe in karma and I believe James intentions regarding free agency (treatments of teams, fans etc.) were purely selfish thus the backlash is karma being served.

Assuming the article is true, I will watch this experiment in Miami with interest. It should be fun when the pressure is on how they handle it.

what will you think about Karma if they go on to win multiple titles? I dont believe in Karma myself, but yes it will be interesting to watch nevertheless.

Karma is James had to go to Wade's team to win a title because he was incapable of winning one with his own team. He will never live that down winning in Miami. It will always be a black mark on his legacy. Karma strikes back....
