Well you guys were injured(more like resting) and played mostly quality oponents.. Remember the Lakers had a major breakdown at the end of last season and ended up just fine. Not really a big deal aside that you guys would like to keep homecourt against us.

I couldn't see them losing six, but here we are.

This is more like it boys...:1-1:

No defense by the Spurs have me worried against the run and gun Suns..if the Spurs cant stop the Suns from scoring, expect another loss for the Spurs no matter how many points we score...

Even though Timmy scored 20pts. against Houston he still looked a little gimpy on that ankle. With them making it a little tougher on themself with this losing streak. I don't think they'll be able to rest much leading up to the post season, unless Pop' just concedes #1 seed to us or we lose a few games. This will interesting to see how you guys handle this predicament that you guys have put yourself under.

If the Spurs can put together a nice streak heading into that game vs. LA and rebuild that confidence, that game is very winnable for the Spurs.

Its all confidence with them right now. The MO for the Spurs since day 1 has always been confidence. Theyre not very good with adversity. When things arent going well they get too down on themselves. Which is odd considering their history, you would think they would be able to bounce back from these valleys...

The only games that I'm worried about losing, is the game today and the game in Portland. Other than that, I'm not really worried about any other team beating the Lakers until playoff time.

Ice in Kobe's viens on that shot at the end when they were down by four huh? Didn't even hit the rim. Crying like he got fouled when he was just defended perfectly.

**** K-Mart and the Nuggets. Sure they'll get a win or two against us in the Reg. Season, but they don't want to see us in the Playoffs.

Now just hoping that Big Bynum is alright. Just seem that he's always in the wrong place wrong time and someone always falling into his knees.

Well I see the hemorrhaging has finally stopped. Playing a hurt Suns team helps but a win's a win. With the Lakers showing they are human, the magic number for Spurs to clinch #1 now is 3...GO SPURS GO!

PS THANK YOU Nuggets!

Can't lie and say that I don't want to catch you guys, but maybe it's okay that we took a lump today. Now to start over fresh and re-re-focus...;)

Trust me for our team's mental health, we NEED HCA. Spurs are so frickin' intimidated by the Lakers that they need HCA to have a shot to beat LA. Lakers can live with out it, we desperately need it. It would be different if SA/LA were neck and neck through out the season. But if SA were to CHOKE away HCA, it would destroy them mentally. Its the context of it all.

Funny thing is, Im not looking forward to playing OKC or DEN in the 2nd round, I would MUCH rather face Dallas. I just know if they were to let LA snatch HCA from them, it would be in the back of their minds all through out rounds 1 and 2 that they CHOKED and LA is waiting, salavating. Sports is 90% mental right? This would be an excellent example here of losing before the battle begins...

Caught the Nuggets Lakers game, now very clear that the Nuggets won that trade with the Knicks long term
