I think Miami needs to win both games at home to win the series. If they go back to Boston with the series 1-1, Boston will finish it out in 5.

Otherwise, and I can't believe I'm saying this, but I think Miami will take it in 7.

He's a really good player. However, after quitting on his team and needing an hour long special to Arab the cava fans in the back I hope he never wins one. You don't do that to fans that have supported you like that.

Thats understandable.

Memphis is playing good interior D. If you can do that you can win on any level. Forcing people into being jump shooters even in the pro's is the best way to win.

True but OKC is not a points in paint team anyways. It's really rebounding and turn overs that are making a difference right now

OKC making a nice little run at the end of the half. That foul call against Durant before the half was disgusting. Mayo literally jumped INTO Durant...and they call the foul on Kevin?

Right and that comes from playing good interior D. Forcing them to make passes all around the perimeter will force them into turnovers because they will force bad passes, and rebounding is coming off missed jumpers which is again off not allowing anything inside.

I agree but I don't know how long interior D will be the difference though because they are a jump shooting team anyways so Memphis has to continue forcing turnovers. Those jump shots will eventually start to fall

They will fall a bit more than they are now but I think Memphis will take their chances with take their chance with OKC shooting mostly jumpers. They're not gonna shoot them at a 50-60% clip to make them dangerous enough. You have to blend them with getting to the rim .

The big the for Memphis is they've gotta score. If you can't score well enough playing D ain't gonna work for ya cause even if they only shoot say 40-45% on jumpers you're gonna lose.

Already this half OKC is forcing getting to the rim because that is the biggest way to score and opens up the J for them. When you score inside it opens the outside and vice versa.
