First of all what he posted was directed at Dee. Second, that's all he does, joking or not he's not once given the Lakers props for the win. Even the worst of the haters swallowed their pride and congratulated. Last year I heard a ^^^^ storm of things from Laker haters and I still gave props to and congratulated the Celtics/fans, no matter how much it hurt.

Flaunting? I can't be proud of my team? You or anyone else who's team won a title would probably do the same thing. Are you gonna tell the Penguins fans that they are flaunting? Or Karma for having his soccer team in his sig? No.

I think that's the main reason why they hate them so much. Like the Yankees, they have a long history of winning and there is a jealousy 'cause of that. The Lakers also have a history of winning and their organization always finds ways to return to glory.

I didn't say you can't be proud of your team. I can't say that I don't know if I would have made a sig. I didn't when UNC won the National Title for what its worth. Having your team in your sig isn't flaunting its the way I think it comes across.

I'm not jealous of the Yankees, Lakers, Celtics, etc because they win. Its how they try to win (more Yankees) and the attitude of their fans (in general). Its easy to find a way to win when you're in a market that gives you the funds to afford those players/coaches .

I agree there's nothing with being proud of your team. I just take the approach that I expect my teams to win and have been there before.

Edit: None of this is to be taken as a shot at anyone. Just my thoughts on things.,
