I'm glad the Nuggets won, but when I saw Shaq wasn't playing I switched the channel. I was really curious to see what the game plan would have been.

Just got back from freezing my ballz off standing in line outside of House of Hoops in Harlem. I was lucky enough to snag one of the coveted Nike Kobe Bryant IV "Chaos" kicks.
These pay a homage to Heath Ledger's Joker, using similar colors and blood spattered interior. The NY House of Hoops only had 40 freakin pairs. I think these are limited to only a couple hundred pairs in the world and only available at the 3 house of hoops locations.
Picked up the "carp diems" also since I was there.

The deal looks like this: The Suns trade Nash, Leandro Barbosa and Robin Lopez for Jose Calderon, Andrea Bargnani, Anthony Parker, Jason Kapono and possibly Jamario Moon as cap filler.

I dont know where you are hearing these rumors but you have to admit that it sounds pretty ridiculous. Why would PHX risk two key players this season when they have done so much to change the teams direction already? We all know how the offense suffers when Nash is on the bench, which is a huge priority right now to find a suitable backup PG.

Most rumors have little foundation, however I wouldn't be surprised if Kerr traded Nash before the deadline.. Nash doesn't seem to blend nicely w/ Kerr's additions, making Mr. Kerr look bad..

I can see what youre saying. Nash has been pretty open and candid about his feelings on the direction the team is going in since the beginning of the season and after his good friend Bell was traded without any discussion to him or the other players.
If there is any truth to the rumors, I think the root of it may be that Nash isnt comfortable with the way the team is being handled and maybe Kerr is looking to that as an excuse to get rid of him.
PS: just found out that Marion is probably going to end up in TOR for J Oneil. wouldnt that be funny if he was reunited with Nash

I think Marion contract ends after the season and O'Neil has one more season.

Don't bother watching it, the game was over after the 1st Q. Don't know what is wrong with the Suns tonight but this is pretty sickening.
At least they should be good and pissed for the game you're going to..

I know, i was thinking the same thing. Teams usually come out with a vengance after an embarassing loss.
Im not sure if it's another back2back, but I hope Shaq is playing since he has a day to rest tomorrow. IMO they need to kick NY's ass to get over this sad performance.
Amare baffles me of late....the guy is a monster but it seems he doesnt know how to play the post. or maybe Porter doesnt want him down there....he's been settling for too many jumpers from the top of the key when he should be driving and backing guys up.

As beat up as Kobe is you got to have a ton of respect for him.. He's got all sorts of ^^^^ wrong w/ him and he aint backing down..
I've dislocated a few fingers before and ^^^^ that ^^^^ hurts.. And remember the finger next to the dislocated one is the one w/ completely severed ligament that he never had surgury on because it would mean missing the Olympics or the start of this season...
And this is on his shooting hand..

i was going to comment last night that he looked like he was fresh from a street brawl. i got nothing but respect for that dude man
