I can't speak for Jordan I guess, but we all know Kobe was close to leaving, and a lot of great players would leave under similar circumstances. I don't blame those guys, I would want to win just as bad if I were them. I don't think rootting against a team or player because they rub you the wrong way make you a hater. I think we can all see the difference between someone like you and a true hater of a certain player or team. The haters are usually obnoxious and loud with their opinions because they want it that way, their easy to pick out.

Here's the thing, if you've been in this thread for years now you'd know that a few of us were dissing Lebron before the dicision and would remember that it was for having a nickname of "king" before he did anything (the argument of he didnt name himself could have gone on if he didnt get the chosen one tattoo effectively confirming that he agrees with the kIng moniker). You earn a nickname you then get the respect, plain and simple.

Also when Kobe was threatening to leave the Lakers he was going to talk to the Clippers, sorry but he wasn't teaming up with anyone to win a championship he was just irritated with how the Lakers front office was acting.

I don't really care about having more than one great player on a team - you need more than one to win championships - its just arrogance of Miami that rubbed me the wrong way. Honestly heat fans just need to get over the hate, I've delt with decades of irrational Lakers hatred it just happens.

Jordan does often come off as an unlikable, insecure jerk sometimes who has a huge chip on his shoulder. Just look at his hall of fame speech. But that mentality is part of what made him great. If he was this pleasant, likeable guy, then he wouldn't have been the obsessively driven player he was.

Thomas's treatment was possibly purely a vindictive act by Jordan. Maybe it was fair play, maybe Jordan should have been above it. Whatever, it was what it was.

Makes Jordan great, but LBJ an _______, just saying :monkey1

Hey Lakers fans, some real athletes won a championship at the Staples center last night, take notes :rotfl

(Its a joke no need to get all bent out of shape)

It's simple. Jordan = walk's the walk. LeBron = talk's the talk. If LBJ starts actually winning like he said he was going to do, people, like me, will stfu. Until then, he's a clown. There's a double standard for a reason...

That's true, as much I don't like his airness, no one can say he didn't play like a beast and was inhuman in the clutch.

Fair enough, lets see how this plays out

The scrubs showed up tonight, Battier with 11 so far

Wow.. Someone mentioned that LeBron's Career-High is 25 points for an NBA Finals game. That's pretty low considering he's always in the Top 5 in NBA Regular Season scoring. :slap

Is it 9:18pm yet?!

LeBron is now 2 wins-9 losses in the NBA Finals and is about to be 0 for 3 in his quest for a title. Seriously has anyone EVER gone 0-3 in the NBA Finals, ever? Face it, your hero sucks.

Good game by the Thunder. Man, that's such a good young team they will get a couple rings for sure.

Good game from thunder. I'm happy with lebrons game tonight. Wade shot %30. Took many many bad early shot clock and out of his range shots.

Why are you guys making this about James?! Jeezus. I'm a masochist for going in this thread.
