I must say it kind of makes me sad that they only have the 89 license for 1/4 scale, and not their 7" figures. It's not that I'd collect them, but I got to thinking about how awesome it would've been if they were able to do an "8-bit repaint" of Batman based on the NES game like they've done with Freddy, Jason, and Robocop.

What exactly is the articulation on this figure....?
I don't want to break anything on it....especially the ankles, but I don't know if the ankles are just cut joints or if there's a revolving ball joint if the ankles can bend..I don't want to bend the wrong way...the joints ares so tiff on this figure I can't tell if I'm breaking something or breaking something in....

Yeah, my clip broke too. I'm not sure how that thing is supposed to slip on without breaking. The way it broke on mine, it looks like it can be reattached using some scale model plastic cement to fuse it back together. (Or perhaps a less strong adhesive so it can be taken apart again.)

Actually, looking at the two pieces more closely, I feel like it was originally meant to be two pieces that you could clip together around the belt? Because one side has a tab that inserts into the groove on the other side. In its current state though, it's just not tight enough to hold together by itself without some sort of adhesive.

The other characters that are currently being worked on so far is Arkham Origins Batman, Burt Ward Robin, Heath Ledger joker and they said they would eventually do a Bale Batman but not yet since they already released like 3 Batmans so far.

Finally arrived today.

I'm bummed out.

I get one with perfect eyes but his torso is crooked and can't be corrected.

His right hip joint also sticks out but that's not as bad as the torso:
