dont know why it took me till now to get this 1/4 scale.I guess maybe because recently I opened up my 7 inch version next to the 7 inch reeve.Took some shots in the dark edited to make it feel like an old school VHS type vibe.Cant wait to get the custom cape for this scale.my custom cape for 7 inch version coming from tony mei

Thought I'd share my stand that I made for this guy. Still gotta paint it. Wanna get a label made for it but not sure how you go about that with wood.

Found a good-looking and high-quality pleather-ish fabric @ a fabric shop in a mall, for just about $6/yard. A yard's enough to make a long cape for Arkham Origins Batman, and fully-spreadable round capes for 1989 Batman and Arkham Knight Batman (all 1/4 scal NECA). It was easy to cut, but AK Batman requires more work to attach the cape so I'll do it when I have more time. Really happy with this cheap, DIY upgrade :)

I wish however, that I can sew so I can make a more accurate segmented cape for Keaton Batman.

Thank you Twayne for this great custom on the eyes. Here is a review on it with a custom cape i got from china.I contacted Tony but currently the cape for this particular figure he is out of stock.Hope you guys enjoy the video.

Your customized Keaton Batman looks terrific, chieftortuga!

@Otomofan, Gypsycatcha: Thanks guys! I wouldn't recommend this for smaller scale figures, though. It's too thick for a 7" figure. I think this might be the same as the once SSC used for their Gotham Knight 1/6 Batman, and already people liked it less as it's harder to manage compared to the thinner fabric they used for the cape of their Blue Batman figure.

Got my Keaton head back from the artist who was repainting him... So much better now...

ATTN: we're bringing back a limited quantity of the 18" Keaton Batman (89) and Master Chief in time for holidays - watch for pre-orders soon

Glad to hear it! To those who don't have it, you should take this opportunity. It's a damn good figure.

Sadly I picked up mine BNIB only a couple months ago for an inflated price. At least it was only roughly $10 more than what I would be paying now. :p

Not sure how I feel about them just straight up rereleasing a 2013 figure. Kinda seems like a cash grab. Whatever though.

I just hope they do Returns.

This reissue is making me doubt a Returns Batman, but I really hope I'm wrong. The Returns Catwoman has never gone out of stock on BBTS, so I wonder if this is a consolation prize.

They have said countless times they are most likely doing Returns in 2017.
