Is that just the 2-up prototype for the 8" action figure or is that actually a pic of the 19" figure?

My guess is it's just the 2-up.

yes that's the 7" proto. The 1/4 scale will be masked, and they will only show them unpainted at SDCC, Randy added that the painted ones are already in the factory.

The one thing i'd like from neca with these 19'' is changing that Right hand to a proper clenched fist, i hate the thumb sticking out it looks so awkward, to me the thumb sticking only suit a holding an item pose such as how neca's 7'' elder's thumb is sticking out when he's grasping his blade or when pred holds the needle from his medkit etc if you get what i mean.
