yeah, it's about 19". which is much closer to 1:5 scale (18") than 1:4 scale (22.5").
3.5 inches is a pretty big difference for NECA to claim "1:4 scale" on the box.

They were being sold in netto under the name of something like "5 tier bathroom shelves". I bought 2 sets (£20 each) Each one has 5shelves with 12" gap between them so it was great for most 1:6 figures (other than Preds..... too big) but i cheated by taking some of the glass shelves out. They arent really meant to come out as you are meant to run steel pipes through the corners of the glass to keep it structurally sound though. But they are fine.
 
He'd have to have been proportionally bigger all over to match the full 22.5" in that case. That'd be one hell of a big figure. NECA probably shoulda just put 19" on the box.

correct. then again, their 24" Big Chap is one hell of a big figure. so, i don't see the reasoning for not making this figure to scale. ah well, NECA got my $$ anyway, wtf do they care.

yeah, the HT one is 1:7 scale. so, it fits right in with Medicom figures.

:pfft: Mine is still on its way to BBTS via alpaca. I think it may have just crossed into Bangladesh. Only 3 more months to go! :slap :gah: :crying
 
I could give a hell less about him not being true 1/4 scale. Mine he taped out at 19 & 1/4" inches tall.

The unmasked portraits are stunning but i think the Masked figure is the show-stopper.
