It really was just luck of the draw. Everyone here did everything as fast as anyone else could, and it just randomly booted some while rewarding others. I’d love to know the final number of what was available to PO.

That’s my biggest fear, if they will fulfill the orders . My god I would hate to be at SDCC trying to get this

The seller must know someone working in neca to get that many.

I really want to pick up a regular set from someone after sdcc.

Somehow managed to get a set even though I got stuck in line for almost a minute and a half. Finally got this behind me, but it sucks that there’s still a lot of people that missed out and the ebay prices are just as ridiculous as before.

Playmates and Neca need to get along. If this set ends up going for more than last year’s, bootlegs will eventually be made. Hell, I’m lobbying Tamashii to try their hand at the movie line.

It’s too bad that NECA and Playmates couldn’t just come together to allow some more of these to be produced. Really wish I could have gotten a set but I’m not paying two or more times the price. Ah well, maybe there’s a chance we’ll see a set from the second film next year...

I’m sure every order placed online is getting fulfilled. That would look really poorly on them if someone went through this nonsense only to be told oops, sorry but you actually didn’t get this. I’m sure for those going to SDCC it might be easier than what we went through these last three days. Just walk up and buy one. If they have 4000 for sale on hand(random number), those odds aren’t bad, especially for days one and two.

If my cousin ends up going, maybe I can snag one or two, but she usually only does NYCC.

Has anyone ordered from the Neca store directly ..do they really protect our cc info. I really, really, didn’t want to use my cc but I had too because PP did not work fast enough the two tries.

I know with people I’ve had grab me limited prints, I thought they’d be gone and they said it was no problem. And those were in mega low numbers, like 100-200. I can’t see 4000 and let’s randomly say 1500 dio sets flying on day one. I’d say odds are really good if you’re there, you’re getting a set.
