Yeah most of the time the box is collector friendly anyways cept maybe the inside insert....

Do these 1/4 figures really increase that much in value? Looking around eBay makes me believe no.

Not usually no, but I am thinking that since the first movie was so huge at the time and got a lot of people in the tmnt fandom outside of those who saw the tv show that these would be sought after by a lot of collectors anyway, even from those who would not usually collect tmnt figures or ones in this bigger scale.

They may increase a little bit in value but should be steady. Once they sold out, people will be desperate to get them.

they will be in the NECA store by mid to end of November for sure... At retailers? That really depends... I seen some neca figures arrive at retail only a week after it appeared in the Neca store..
