Annoying issue but luckily it can be easily fixed, the position of each eye can be changed from inside the head of the figure

are you sure it's easy? did you try it already, and if did, can you show photos of how to reach the eyes?
i thought they are glued, and the head is sealed.

The same eye on mine is in a similar position to yours but not as bad (not as far to the right).

at least they both look in front direction, though one looks more up than another.

Well, when I popped Leonardo's head off and looked up inside it you can see the piece that the eyes are attached to and you could conceivably pry it out.

Damn, I'll have to look into that when I'm home, see if I can customize it. Poseable eyes would made this even better!

FWIW, most eyes are never 100% parallel in orientation. Differences in cranial nerve circuits create differences

No, I didn't do it for now, but another guy in this forum or in technodrome forum did it and posted some pics, I haven't been able to find the post. Anyway it wasn't that difficult, he simply pulled out the head, just by force but you can choose to heat it up before, inside he found a plastic strip which keeps the eyeballs together. This strip is probably glued to the inner part of the head, the guy heated the strip up so to be able to unglue it, moved the eyeballs as he wanted, re-glued the strip back to the inner part of the head, heated up the head and put it back in place.

You could make your own for maybe 10.00

Get an wooden 7 x 9 plaque from hobby lobby
Buy the 6 inch wooden doll stand
Un screw the metal base from the wooden doll stand.
Mark the holes on the wooden plaque.
Drill the holes you marked.
Paint the wooden plaque your disired color.
Let the paint dry for 4 hours or so.
Clear coat the wooden plaque let it dry over night.
Screw the metal rod to the base.
Use an hot toys crotch grabber for support.
