Well all my joints checked out good after a good heating up and fixed the hair with a black sharpie lol. Now to decide if I'm brave enough to fix the Cape. I honestly don't think it would be too hard to get loose from under the collar and just stuff and glue it back the correct way!

Before you cut it up, caution, the cape is attached to two (one on each side ) plastic grooves or pieces under the suit and the cape is fed through and into the grooves.

You should be able to pull or detach the cape out and fix the direction, however, this might be one of those plastic grooves were the cape is fed tightly so you might have to cut it and reglue the cape pieces, but then if you cut the cape it might not fit well again.

So good luck. It's just a pain

Anybody have an extra Joker they would like to sell? TRU closed in my area so I'm SOL finding one at a store level. PM me if you are interested in selling one. Thanks!

I just picked up the Reeve superman....Wow, I was very impressed with this figure. I cant believe the likeness to Reeve, i didnt think anyone but hot toys could do it, and the cape is beautiful...the proportions are great and he looks great standing next to keaton batman. just amazing...neca did an amazing job here.

What I want to know now is when the hell neca will do a jack nicholson joker, which is still my favorite film joker to date. not fair!

probably never, jack wants too much for his likeness rights according to neca.which is a shame.

Makes sense, I'm sure Hot Toys put out their Mime Joker to off set cost of his likeness and they cheaped out on overall figure quality, NECA doesn't have much wiggle room to off set expensive likenesses.

I went to local toy show and quite a few vendors had the Superman figures. I got a chance to look at about 20 of them, and out of all of those only about 5 were acceptable. The others had gloppy paint, chipped paint, molding lines or broken limbs right in the packaging. I got the best one I could find though, so at least I got a good one. I hated having to pay $45 just for a single figure, but at least the figure inside is good. I'm not gonna dare open it, I'll just have it MOC for now.

The packaging did have a few spots of like "slickness" on the smooth cardboard which was kind of weird, but it came right off with a rub of the finger. The inside of the packaging didn't look slick or wet or anything, and the figure itself looked completely dry so it might have just been skin oil from handling or something. Anyways, even if moisture or anything did develop inside the packaging (which I don't see how it could) i don't think it would affect a fully painted and sealed plastic figure in any way. It's not like the paint would absorb the moisture or anything.

Thats a same about his rights being so expensive...I was wondering why hot toys could get them but neca couldnt. shame.

Which of these 3 figures has been the hardest to obtain?

They were just willing to pay is all, and I seem to remember HT even mentioning how expensive it was.

Yup, same with Peter Weller for their Robocop and Alex Murphy. NECA refuses to pony up the $$$.

I'd like to hope that now that they don't just get a solitary 1/4 figure out of a license/sculpt, maybe they'd reconsider making the investment in the near future. They can really milk it and do the NES version and one of these exclusive movie figures. Hell, even the "Battle Damaged" face paint like in your avi. I'd love that one.

how about the multi colored video game one ,as you going to paint it up anyway would that work ,i think that one is cheaper and easier to find
