Gosling must be a hard guy to sculpt, no one can seem to get it right. NECA's is pretty damn close.

I think that looks pretty good. Anyone have any details about this?

Edit: Found the thread.

I don't know man, the face looks very generic to me, and the hair and facial hair are way too dark. Trevor grove knocked it out of the park for NECA imo. It's too bad we won't get an 18" officer K.

Trevor is working for NECA now?!? That's great for NECA but sad for the 1/6 figure world!

BTW, I totally see Gosling in the BlackBox figure. I think it's the paintjob, especially the black hair and beard, that's throwing the look off.

Is it the same sculptor doing all of these? They all have the same generic quality to them. They're not even close in my opinion.

I don't see anything wrong with their K sculpt honestly. It's very, very close. Trevor grove is a mad man.

My LCS finally got these in, had about 6 of each, found 1 great K and 1 pretty good deckard, other deckards had eyes all over the place, droopy, up,down etc, really bad eye paint. Great figures though, K is my fave just cause the design has a bit more going on, love the coat. Only work I had to do is hit the hands an heads with some dullcoat.

Now looking forward to the next wave, however Jared Letos arms seem very long, hope its just a prototype thing. And the usual can neca please give us an OG Deckard ...

I got K and Deckard and honestly they are fantastic figure. K's paint isn't all that great, but Trevor Grove continues his streak for Harrison Ford. The sculpt is so good and even Neca's "okay...ish" paint job cannot take away from that sculpt. They aren't great figures, but if you loved 2049 as much as I did, you will be happy with them on the shelf.

I love them, I think the paint work and articulation on both are fantastic. Trevor grove did an amazing job with these sculpts. My biggest disappointment is the lack of accessories for these. Just a gun for each is pretty lame. They could have at least gave K the device he stores joi in.

Just got back from 2049. Very happy with it, great movie. Now I need more Neca, Luv and wallace are great but we need a Bautista and a couple more versions of K, and I can see why everyone wants a Joi, she was great.
I especially think Neca could do Joi great justice, theyre pretty skilled with clear plastic, id want to see multiple versions (especially giant naked ver :D)

numbers says it earning ($195 mil) just passed production budget ($185 mil) - after 20 days of release

overall, it's not THAT bad, I guess

FYI original Blade runner - Total earning ($33 mil) - Production budget ($28 mil)

Studio doesn't get to keep the entirety of ticket sales.

Ill be going at leats 2 more times personally, and a lot of my friends now want to go so I imagine it will creep up, plus once Bluray/dvd/digital sales come in I think this movie will have done fine. Just need the toys to sell well So we can get more :D

I'm currently trying to kitbash a K using a Drive headsculpt from Vimal. I feel he's the best Gosling so far. I just finished painting it last week. Just waiting for a (cheap) overcoat I ordered. Hopefully I can redo the collar, airbrush it and bring it close enough to the one in the movie.

I saw these figs at TRU yesterday. Gotta say, not bad at all. There is something pictures absolutely cannot capture with these - the sculpts are really, really good in person, and the translucent plastic doesn't look so toyish. These really are a case of 'photographs poorly'.
