Couldn't fix my Berserker, but here's an update on Falconer. I started doing what Elder did in his video, but it turns out heating it up with water was enough to get the knee joint functional! Guess whatever paint seal I had wasn't as severe as on Elder's.

Just got home with my set from the Champaign, IL TRU. They had a full set left and one extra Mr. B, not sure if anyone from around here frequents the forum...

So far they are awesome and well worth the cost. Now I just need my SDCC cloaked Berserker!

ok, for those of you who thought you could put the McF P1's trophy bandoleer on the Classic... don't do it. it looks just as silly as it did on the McF version, but kinda worse since NECA's is actually sculpted right so the bandoleer hangs all weird.

the McF bone necklace looks good though. assuming yours isn't all crooked, which is the case with mine.

I want to get Classic... but I also want the masked P1... ARGH!

I'll undoubtedly end up selling my current Berserker for the unmasked one :). It's what I do. One of every character is all papa needs. Just really depends on what their factory paint apps will look like on the unmasked version. A daunting task for NECA indeed...

Thanks Sabres, I'll clean it off for the Classic review, I already filmed Berserker's. :lol

Also, if anyone can tell me how to get that "LEAD MCMP/MJPEG Decoder [2.0] Eval" off of the bottom I'd appreciate it.

I am soooo impressed with NECA's Classic Predator. It is a wonderful representation of the character. It's my favorite 7" NECA figure, along with the T2 Cyberdyne Showdown. The attention to detail is magnificent, from his Dreads to his Toes :)

I really hope NECA gives us the same sculpt in 1/4 scale. I would be VERY HAPPY.

Yes! I found 2 Classics today at my closest TRU. They had 2x of each figure. The Classic is amazing. It's like NECA turned pure awesome into toy form, and packaged it for sale.

Also found the new GI Joe Cobra Commander too! Shiny!:yess:

Got berserker and falconer today!

First off, Berserker. I really like this one. The paint apps are surprisingly well done. The chest is still polka-dot-like, but it doesn't bother me in real life as much as it did in the pictures. The chothing and armor is really fill of detail that you don't notice in pictures, and the skin texture is fantastic. This has correct proportions with a correctly sized head (oh, hot toys.....) and the part of the head exposed beneath the mask looks well done, makes me impatient for the unmasked b. figure. The ONLY complaint I have is that the plasma caster gets in the way of him turning his head to the right. No big. Easily my favorite predator figure so far.

The falconer is very dead on to the movie, and I love his "sword". Good skin texture here, and the paint applications are stunning to say the least. The "jeepers creepers" eyes are also very shiny and bulbous on the bio, just like they were in the movie. All in all, a great predator for a greater price.

I plan on customizing the berserker a little bit, but not much. I'll post pics tomorrow when I'm finished, and I'll take some diorama shots of him in the jungle.

Now to get the classic! :rock
