NECA: Predator Movie Franchise Figures

I hate AVP and I thought the Predators were kind of crappy. With that said we should go ahead and make big thick AVP Preds. Why not after all we've done all the rest. HT and SS knows Predators sell again and again.

Yeah I think you should. Whatever about the quality of the film there was nothing criminally wrong about the Predator designs - yes, not everyones preferance, but realistically not every member of the species would have exactly the same facial appearance, build and armour-type etc. They'd add further variety to the NECA predator collection - something I'm already loving about the Lost predators I've just gotten from series 4.

Went to 2 Toys R us here and found Hippie and P2 Unmasked,
and found the Two Pack,
but they were out of Boar Predator I was so sad....

Boar was the one I actually wanted the most, It sucks, damn it!

is funny one toys R us was empty of Predators, nothing, then the second one had 4 Two packs, like 4 Hippies and 2 P2 Unmasked

Yeah but 20 years ago after walking out of that movie I swore to myself that I'd never have anything to do with Alien 3. I wanted to kill somebody after seeing it.

It's not that bad. I've watched it afew times recently and kind of enjoy it on certain levels.

I think fans that got P1 would pay lets say 20 bucks more for the real net and better paint apps. HT has it going on with the better plastic but you really pay out the butt. I don't mind and for me I so hope Tsang will nail the heads. I can see he did P1's abs on the P2 but even with that the figure will look and feel so good. I think our P2 is really the most accurate and believe me I'd love to see it go more high end.

Look at what DCD does at a similar price point with their World of Warcraft figures. the paint apps far exceed what you would ever expect from a 19.99 figure and out shine some SS products prices at 300

If Neca produces more 1:4 scale preds with the updated articulation from the city hunter figure HT may have to pause before pricing theirs at 400+

It would be great if that was the case but I think the HT 1/4's will be priced at whatever they want.

I still hope NECA pushes on from their first 1/4 Predator. They've got the sculpts boxed off already.

It's ____ing awesome. It's the most powerful and passionate of all the Alien movies.

The workprint edition or special edition on the Quad and Anothology sets is better then the original theatrical of alien 3 and I enjoy watching it. However both versions of AR are bad1

When Hot Toys makes the Preds in 1/4, ists a good time for Neca to makes the Preds in 1/4 too.
If neca makes no 1/4 Preds, all the Money goes to Hot Toys.

Hot Toys have a good Quality, better Paint and AQ and Accesoires than Neca, but the Sculpts and the Prices are Problem.

If Neca make a higher Price(100 Dollar for a 1/4) figure with better Paint, Netting, QC and more Accesories(P2-Closed Spear, Open Spear, closed Hand, Human Skull with Spine, Cutting Disc and 2 Heads) they will be perfect.


It would be funny if Sideshow announces new Predator Maquettes^^

Even with the HT 1/4 news it will have no bearing on a HT vs NECA 1/4 scale war. HT's 1/4's will still be 4/5 times the price of NECA's in a completely different market still.
