Damn.....well its not that long of a wait anymore. Are they making all of them in the 1st run? Or are they doing a series?

Series one will include the "classic" (captured) Predator, the Black Super Predator and the "falconer" (tusked mask) Pred.

Now, Tankman has stated that they will all come in masked and unmasked versions.
Whether each series will include both a masked and unmasked version hasn't been confirmed yet.

I'm curious about the classic, in NECA's recycle plans, using the same design for the P1 figure would fit, but ideally, they'd be two different figures.

The thing is, NONE of the Preds (including the "classic") wear netting in the movie.

So, just reusing the P1 figure wouldn't work.

I'm still jury out on the new Predators until I see what my thoughts are on the designs after the movie, odds are, I'll have a favorite and just get a Hot Toys figure of that like Wolf. P1, P2 and P2 Elder are probably the only Predators I'd get from multiple manufacturers.

Here's my concern though: if we're getting a Falconer, Classic, and Black Predator... are we really getting all 3 of the ones we saw in the trailer (the falconer, the tusked dude, and the one with the bone lower-jaw on his bio -- my personal fave)? This sounds iffy...

It's just the first wave of figs.

NECA is going to increase sales any way they can.

Spreading out the main Preds ensures some interest in Series 2.

As far as the waves, NECA tends to put out 3-4 figures at a time, depending on how many figures they've got planned, I'd say at least 3-4 waves of figures.

- PREDATORS figures, masked
- PREDATORS figures, unmasked
- P1 and P3 Elder

That's just based on what we know they're up to, there are plans for P2 Predator and who knows how many figures from PREDATORS will actually be made.

No info on the figs has been released beyond what's already been stated here in the thread.

As for the netting...no clue.
That's just how Antal wanted the Preds in the new movie...no netting.
