lol gotta love starship troopers...one of my fav movies.. Which makes me think how many would buy 1/6th starship troopers hot toys figures?. That would be awesome!

So in 2020 I'll be reselling them all in order to get the new, accurately sized, properly jointed figures

And then in 2024, I'll be reselling those in order to get those same figures but with triple jointed ankle articulation and aluminum blades and diecast armor.

Torso cut looks great, I didn't think it would look this good.

But is it just me? Or the thighs are looking a bit thinner than the normal version?

Edit: Nevermind, it seems it's the exact same build, even the torso seems to be the same, they just made a cut in the middle, which is great. Also, wrist rocket

I hope that's an interchangeable piece because that's way too scene specific for an Ultimate figure.

notice how the belt is the only thing painted, prolly just grabbed it from the BD ver in the studio to put on this for pic cuz the unpainted ver wasnt at hand. or it is the only thing not retooled on ultimate ver so they will use the same mold as the older one seen here at time of production etc

Sure. Interchangeable is fine as long as it doesn't compromise the undamaged look

I'm pretty sure that was just put on to give a complete look. I'm hopeing they retool the skirt and make it 1 piece like the AVP skirts to eliminate the bands breaking and it would look more accurate. If they do battle damage I hope the gauntlet comes off at the turn joint and a 2nd chopped one can be put on but I hope for no blood on the figure (other then on chopped arm) I just want a clean loaded City Hunter.

Did you need to re-center the LED to even them out, or were yours also "clogged" due to shoddy molding?

I tried to recenter and even now one i still brighter than the other two..... And yeah mine were clogged, I had to warm it up and use and push pin... I also took the led not as close too the hole and it sort of helped... Been trying to see if I can replace the led with an acutal laser but no such luck yet.

Just gonna put it out there to see if anyone bites... Willing to trade either my Hot Toys Batman 89,Hot Toys Joker 89, Hot Toys Arkham City Batman or Arkham City Custom Joker(only one) for an NECA 1/4 Scale Closed Mouth 1987 Jungle Hunter Predator. Let me know thanks.

Im kind of happy I have been hesitant on collecting the Neca predator line because Im now super excited for these ultimate Jungle hunter and City hunter figures.
The only Neca predator I had before was the kenner tribue one that came with the black big chap.

Yeah it would been thinking maybe i could take apart an laser pointer or something but I don't know much about electronics or electrical work.
