The blood landing on the cloaked Predator could have been cool if it weren't such an overall stupid inexplicable scene.

Why the hell did they give the Predators such cartoonishly yellow eyes in this? I mean they actually CG'd yellow eyes over practical heads and it looks garbage.

I’ve come across the Machiko and Broken Tusk pred at Target a few times. Fantastic figures, so stoked to finally have them! Target is charging 23.99 for ‘em.

That horned Predator looks cool but not the silly horns I would just display with helmet on.

Yeah, he's not my favorite NECA pred, they went a bit too nuts with the blood deco IMO... but he's a pred nonetheless, so he'll be in my collection :lol

. . . Did you get the set of three with Hornhead? . . .

Nah - just the other 2 because of my memories regarding the original AVP graphic novel / TPB.

Amazing to think that was nearly 30 years ago - 1989/90/91 (depending on what stories you read when)

Pretty crazy right? 30 years ago! I remember gobbling those Dark Horse comics up as they were released, it's just too bad the eventual movies didn't live up to the original comics. I was excited beyond words when they introduced the Aliens Vs Predator story in Dark Horse presents. I think i have like 5 copies of that initial issue of DHP lol

Yeah - my TPB is looking a little worn given the number of readings it's had (by me and friends) :)

Also, McKenna had on the gauntlet with the cloaking device. The Predator did not.

Gawd it was ridiculous. What, he accidentally discharged the Predator weapon which somehow cut the human body hanging from the tree in half aswell as hitting the Predator knocking it briefly unconscious, whereupon it lay on the ground for the gore from the human body above to start dripping down on it....what...am I remembering this nonsense correctly?

Yes. Every scene of this movie is worthy of a face palm or rant. I don't think it had a redeeming character or moment.

The Jar Jar Binks method of taking down a Predator.

Man, I had already read spoilers and reviews so I kinda knew what to expect....or so I thought. What a terrible movie.

I sincerely don't believe we can ever expect a good Predator, Terminator or Alien movie ever again. Robocop...well, lets see what Blomkamp does. 2 and 3 set the bar pretty damn low already back in the 90s.

Agreed, although compared to The Predator and Terminator Genisys, RoboCop 2 is The Godfather.

Isn't it something how you can't ever say you're a fan of a franchise on this forum any more without an asterisk? "I am a fan of this, except for [sequel/prequel/remake/TV series/spinoff]." They've ruined EVERYTHING. :lol

I got this from Target today.
Looks good!
