That's because they haven't sculpted any other L4D zombies.

If Boomer and Smoker sell they'll make more.

I highly recommend the Portal prop replica gun. I just got the P-Body version and it's really nice for the price ($140). Feels like it's somewhere between a really good mass market toy and a high-end prop. Since I've already done the high-end prop stuff with Star Wars, it's nice to find something solid and accurate without having to pay thru the nose for it.

That's really good to hear. I PO the Atlas one and was waiting to hear someone's opinion on them. Can't imagine them screwing up the Atlas version since it's just different color strip and lights so that gives me a little assurance.

Why are they messing around with all these prop replicas when we don't have a massive GLaDOS yet?

They should focus on figures from the half-life series not prop replica's IMO.

How about they do nothing but L4D collectibles? 7" full lineup of survivors and special infected from 1 & 2 would be insanely fresh. Throw in the deluxe 9" Tank to cap it off. Imagine the survivor accessories? That is all! :lecture

Awesome... I hope they don't screw us over like they did with the Portal gun.

Well, I still maintain that NECA did not screw anyone over on the Portal gun. People knew it was coming, people knew it was limited, and places that put the POs up without knowing how many they were supposed to get had to be slapped on the wrist for that. NECA hit a vein of video game collectors that hadn't been tapped yet - good for them.

Now, the Chell gun was a good test of the market and the market really went well. NECA is/was smart enough to go with a P-Body and Atlas designed version, so people still have a shot at the Portal, but with a yellow or blue racing stripe - not that big a deal.

As for a Grav Gun, I can see that one being more expensive, as it appears larger in the game. I wouldn't mind having one, but I have to see the price - the Portal gun was just about where it needed to be in terms of price based on how good it was. It felt like a high-end retail toy, but not quite like a Master Replicas Star Wars prop. On a side note, NECA does need to get these Valve figures out for all their games - HL2, Portal, L4D.

NECA posted on twitter that a Chell figure is in development for next year. :yess:

And different lights. ;)

They still could have easily sold a few thousand more for the original Portal Gun. The one most people want.

They should put out a weathered variant of the original. Just like it is in Portal 2.

lol this thing is awesome, finally got it. It's heavy when trying to hold it with 1 hand and makes sounds too when you pull the trigger.... best gun yet!

no i will never grow up!

That is why I cancelled my P-body version back in June. Just having 1/2 of the pair seemed odd, and I didn't like the game enough to buy them both. If any I would get Chell's.
