I regret not pre-ordering this thing when I had the chance. I figured I'll just get it from the silversnail. watched their site and twitter like a hawlk but they never announced it as an upcoming product. next day I found out thu the twitter someone posted a pic with thanks. but it was too late and today the one day I decide to work till late they announce/place the second ver for pre-orders. how burned am I get home it's sold out across every site. i guess I deserve it -for no good deed goes un-punished

Yeah, this sale was handled horribly. I didn't even know it was out yet and now it's sold out and selling for $900 on ebay? WTF?

Why wouldn't they just make a second batch?

Because then all the "keep it limited so I can feel special" crowd will cry. I'm actually kinda pissed I missed out. And for the record, even if I did happen to get one I would still think it's stupid to have such a low edition size.

It's possible NECA may have something up their sleeve after they release the eventual ATLAS model. They know how in-demand these are and what the prices are like on ebay. They could do a weathered version of the ASHPD like it is in Portal 2 and hopefully have a larger edition size.

I'd like for them to make the HL2 Gravity Gun.
