Although very subtle, I do like the one above better. I saved both to my desktop so I could see the differences!

Well done. Also the Bale reflection is fine...I think it works well in the context of a movie poster...you don't have to fall in line with line of sight/perspective and other visual norms. The best movie posters are the ones that convey a lot without giving you too many items/distractions. Hence my dislike of Star Wars posters or similar posters.
