Need advice with Quicksilver head

Hi guys, I want some advice with kitbashing. I want to get Hot Toys' Quicksilver head but from in hand picture of bootleg I saw in Ebay; the paint job on hair highlight seem to be so off.

So, I need some advice on this, is bootleg's hair paint really that bad? (And since it's recast, tiny grooves on the hair looked bad as well.) If you have seen or bought that bootleg head, please give me some opinion. I found genuine head on Ebay that is about 2.5 times the price of bootleg one, but not sure should I put in an investment.
