Back in the 70's I went to a friend’s house (lost touch years ago); at his house he had this Submarine game, or Diving Bell game whatever. I can’t remember if it was Mattel, Hasbro, MB, or what. It was a plastic tube or bottle that had a sub or diving bell in it (the sub was an inch or an inch and a half long and about as big around as a quarter), it also had little bits of treasure like ship wheels, anchors, necklaces, fish skeletons, est. in it. You filled the bottle with water screwed a cap on it and put it in a base so it would stand up upside down. It was smaller than a one litter bottle, but bigger than a 20 oz. bottle. When you squeezed the bottle somehow it would force the sub down to the bottom of the bottle. It also had a set of claws on the bottom of the sub and as the sub went down the claws would open up. When you had the sub down against a piece of treasure you would let the pressure of the bottle, the claws would close and the sub would rise to the top of the bottle carrying the item; if it closed on something.

I'm looking for the name of that toy/game, if anyone knows it I like to know it.
