NEED HELP!! Just bought a PS3 and have questions

congrats on the recent purchase!! you wont regret it. i recommend getting casino royale on blu ray soon. also, if you plan on putting music, movies on the hard drive i would recommend upgrading that ASAP.

Thanks, I love Casino Royale and will probably upgrade to blu ray. I'm thinking I'll be fine with the 20gb. I'm not planning on downloading movies or music or store photos or any of that stuff....that's what my computer is for. Plus, I'm kinda old school when it comes to music/movies...I like the packaging so if there is something I like I will buy it rather than purchase a download. Downloads just aren't quite as special to me as actually having the product in my hand. So hopefully 20gb will be enough, for what I intend to do. Should be here in a couple days!! I'm so excited!! I just bought Uncharted: Drake's Fortune so I'm ready when that baby arrives!

Well my PS3 is here and I got all the cables/controllers already so I was able to hook it all up when it arrived and thankfully it works. I do wonder why people don't clean up their consoles before they sell them.....but nothing a damp cloth didn't clean up. Will probably start playing Uncharted: Drake's Fortune today or tomorrow. Had to finish RE4: Separate Ways and Assignment Ada first on my PS2.

awesome news! it's a really good console. i wish i had more games for it, but i'm pretty much gaming on my 360. drakes, unreal tournament 3, and soon metal gear solid 4 will change all that though

i really didn't enjoy UT III that much. i rented it last weekend and i didn't see anything great about it. i still prefer COD4 for multiplayer.

Well I have 3 PS3 games now....I've played Uncharted: Drake's Fortune...loved it....Heavenly Sword...very cool but way too short and now I'm playing Assassin's Creed which in my opinion is the best of all 3. This game totally rocks! And I love how you can do extra missions and make it last as long as you want.
