I liked the newborn, the whole concept was horrific.

And he was freaking scary as hell to fight in the game :lol

I liked it as well. Not as an A L I E N creature, but as a creepy mutha****er from a weird monster movie. Some of the shots of it's eyes being baby cute before it turned into a vicious face biter were really disturbing.

I don't know, I think my favorite is still Giger's original from the 1st movie.

2. would be the Dog Alien.
3. A:R Warrior Alien.
4. Aliens Warrior Alien.
We (almost) agree, again. WTF? :lol

1: Alien: Alien
2: Alien3: Dog Alien
3: Aliens: Warrior Drone (special mention for the Queen)
4: There is no four.

Good to see a little love thrown Resurrection's way. :lol

As an aside, W-Y has always been obsessed with harvesting and developing xenomorphs as weapons of war, for urban pacification, blah blah blah.

In a coming world where drones will be the size of insects and robots will be fighting our battles, is this plot device even viable any more?

Funny, I actually can watch Requiem over Resurrection and the first AVP. Wolf is just such a badass. ;) Predalien is great too....love Requiem.

Well, now we know. From the mouth of the man himself:

Is Neill Blomkamp

I personally couldn't be more happy about this.

Dude. If it is indeed a continuation of ALIENS *AND* the final chapter of the ALIEN "trilogy" (no new trilogy crap) then all I have to say is yes. Yes. Yes.

And I actually didn't realize until that article that Terminator: Genysis is ignoring Terminator 3. I guess there's a lot of that going around these days.

EDIT: Holy crap, didn't realize there was an actual video of Sigourney and Blomkamp really saying those things. Okay then, continuation of ALIENS with ONE MORE MOVIE that closes out the entire series. HELL YEAH! :rock

Same here Khev. This is the film I've wanted to see for 20 years. Neil clearly has a vision and I think he can change his visual style to match the other two Alien films.

Great new, I really hope Blomkamp can pull it off.

Also, they need to get Biehn.

I see it as a representation of exactly how ****ed up Weyland-Yutani is.

Wait, WY isn't on RS is it? It's the army isn't it? :lol haven't watched it in ages :lol

I have no doubt that they will. Just from talking to him I know he loves that character and would jump as the chance to finish the story arch. Fox also paid him half of his fee for Aliens just to use his likeness in Alien 3 so money should be no problem.

Replacing a turd with another (highly probable) turd. Awesome.

Hopefully that won't be the case with this new Alien film - and again not that I think Alien 3 is a turd, I actually quite like it very much, moreso than Sigourney it seems.

2:17 :lol
