Making coffee in the nude by a window across from a school bus stop is not normal. Please tell me you people aren't defending this whether the dude was in his house or not.

He should turn around and try to sue the lady for invasion of privacy. I can see if he was standing directly in the window drinking his coffee, but she had to be looking to see anything. What a waste of resources....instead of worrying about drug dealers and murderers we have the police arresting people for walking around their house without clothes.

Now, unless she was purposely staring into his windows, and walking on the same side of the street, which I think she was on the other side, I don't see how she could've gotten that good of a look at it.

I agree that it's all a big stink because of the one complaining is the wife of a cop. All of what happened was unnecessary.

Yeah, this story is stupid... I know I have walked through my house naked before to get something or to grab a bottle of water. I have much bigger windows than this guy, AND I live a couple of houses over from an elementary school.

I know I wouldn't notice some lady and her kid walking past if I wasn't paying attention. And even if I did, I don't think it should be an issue. Now, if he was rubbing one out while staring at the children... maybe they might want to do something about it. But making coffee?

What's next? Are they going to make it illegal to have sex with the lights on and the blinds open? Will all windows have to have drapes or the owner will be fined?

That lady should have just gasped, distracted her child and moved on. But no, it just had to be some stiff lipped wench who is so bored she had to make this guy pay for it. And regardless of what they say, it wouldn't have been an issue if she wasn't married to a damn cop.
