We've all sold something we later regretted selling (in my case it was my entire collection!).
One of the nice things about buying 11 as a present for my little girl is that I know I can never sell him!

Actually I don't regret selling certain stuff because I don't want it back, but I regret that I bought it in the first place. Would be no problem if the sales would have fetched a decent amount of money but instead I maybe got back around 10% of the original value. And that's the reason why I'm sceptical about the alleged value of collectibles of all kinds.

C'mon BC, how about a Sherlock tease?
Also, have BC thought of releasing the 11 body with a generic head... that looks exactly like Daniel Craig? Collectors are crying out for a good Craig head (and if not, then just get a licence to make a Layer Cake figure!).
They could then release an expansion pack for 10 that comprises a black tie outfit and Bob's your Uncle!

So I got my Doctor in today. Unfortunately he's got red staining from the bow tie on his chin, and his left arm appears to have been placed on incorrectly, as it will bend back like he's got a broken arm, but not forward in the right manner.
Just asked Big Chief what to do. This is my first 1:6 figure. Kind of a bummer.

I would remove the shirt so you can get a better idea what is happening there. That is scary about the now tie dyeing the chin!

No, no, don't take off the clothing, stay calm, don't panic (Keep Calm and Carry On)...Mine was the same...rotate the arm at the bicep. It's gotten turned around. This happens frequently with Hot Toys bodies too.

Sorry to hear about the stain, but thank you for prompting me to actually take mine out and give it a careful inspection, I've been too busy to do more than a cursory look since it arrived yesterday. I can't put it away now. This is a SMASHING debut for Big Chief.

Yeah, I was gonna just leave mine in the box since he won't be put on display for awhile. But I think I would always recommend carefully checking ANYTHING you buy before the return period has passed. Hopefully Big Chief will have some suggestions. I'd prefer not to have facial staining on such an expensive figure.

If the head is made of the same rubbery vinyl material as HT heads, which I assume it is since it absorbed the dye, that stain ain't coming out. I'd make them send you a new head.
