I hope it's not Gordon I could care less if they made him or not. Two-Face didn't sell well at all. The heavy hitters were obviously Batman and the Joker which was why they had multiple variations.
Gordon would be a weird choice, even for Hot Toys (the company that doesn't "finish" lines, gave us Silk Spectre with out a Rorschach, no John Connor etc). He's a central part of the film, a great character but he is not toyetic or collectible worthy. It may be boring to some but there's a reason why you only see busts, figures and other merchandise of Batman, Joker and the rogues gallery. They sell.
Maybe when the next Batman film rolls around, but I doubt that's what we'll see in two months. Gordon before Scarecrow? Gordon before Ras Al Ghul (Neeson)? Those two are obscure even but they make more sense than a Gordon.
It's got to be 1989 Batman. There have been polls, petitions, demands galore for that version, second to Reeve Superman and Terminator Arnold (who are BOTH in the works mind you).
