I can't really tell. I'm not going to tear them both apart to compare the bodies but he seems thicker in the chest.

The taller body looks much better as compared to the ESB version. Just bought one on ebay. The pics posted here make him look too incredible to pass on. This will be my first Medicom figure. Always avoided them because of scale and quality issues, but it looks like Medicom has addressed these issues.

Here you go. The Stormtrooper is standing more straight up than the ROTJ Fett who is leaning a little forward. The head on the Stormtrooper is also sitting higher up on the neck post as well.
