Sorry, I thought you were another of these "It's ok, but can't wait for Sideshow's version which will be the best!" type weirdos. My bad.

Totally agree. I can't see how SS will top this BF, but if they do, I'll gladly admit it.

There are some minor detailing issues SSCs could do to improve on this BF...mainly the mods folks have been doing to it, ie lowering the jet pack, glossing the visor and giving the helmet some space between the shoulders. Problem is, SSCs tends not to pay that close attention to such minor details.

If they want to make a BF that beats this one, they will have to add all types of hands, the action feet and maybe have a reveal head or alternate head sculpt similar to the Hasbro BF with the flight hood.

Man this figure rocks, I bought a 2nd at my LCS, such a impressive figure. What I really love is that everyone thought that this was going to be like the ESB version so when this little bit of perfection came out it really took everyone by suprise.I can imagine that based on the ESB sales they only manufactured so much, and now everyone wants it and the supply is drying up leaving us with a greater demand. Medicom doesn't really show us tons of pics of the prototype, just 2 I believe, I am really glad they pulled that rabbit out of there hat.

Medicom pulled most of this rabbit out of there hat back in 2007, and at $150 a pop..back then, that was considered pretty expensive when Sideshow was 'king' selling fig's for $50. Let us not forget history here, the ESB Fett was/is and always will be a fantastic figure that was a little too pricey for its time, hence affecting sales.:wink1:

I agree OSCORP...My LCS has a few available for $160. I was never a big 1/6th Medicom fan, but I'm so tempted to get this one...

They certainly knocked it out of the park with the past couple of releases (C-3PO & R2D2), scaling issues aside. I'm hopeful they continue the trend...

Does your LCS sell online?
I can't seem to find this figure anywhere other than ebay at this point. :(

Any help from others would be greatly appreciated.

OSCORP, great pictures. :clap

I see from comparison pictures that this ROTJ version is taller than the ESB. It appears to be a little bulkier around the chest too.
