If that were the case, it would mean the odds of anything sixth scale would be pretty nil. A quarter scale Brundle Fly would be cool though.

Thats funny I hadn't even thought about the Fly being from the new movies :lol

That could be cool, a maquette. But an odd choice kind of like the Graboid.

For depth, I agree with Geb that Disney wins in that category. I'd like to see PF Disney characters. I'd buy a Fantasia Mickey in a heartbeat.

As far as visual appeal, Ghostbusters or Conan would be ideal, but I think Ghostbusters would cater to a much wider audience than Conan.

The Fly is interesting, but not a horror franchise I need to buy collectibles of. Godfather I have no interest in.

With Jurassic Park, Sideshow could probably do wonders with a dinosaur LS or 1:1 bust line, but neither of those interest me. I know I'm probably in the minority with this, but give me a PF Alan Grant and I'd be happy.

I have to say that if they did some cool dinos from Jurrasic Park I would bite.
I actually wouldnt mind them doing something close to the Rex head that Gruson has that thing is awesome.

Also I think replicas of the raptor claw and stuff like that would be cool. Imagine Hammonds cane. They could do some cool dios with this line.

But what scale would dinos be practical in.

I hope it is the Godfather and if it is, then sideshow is gonna get some of my money

I think the odds of anything sixth scale are pretty nil anyway, no matter what the new license is. Dioramas, busts, maybe PFs if we're lucky but I'm seriously doubting we'll any 1/6 of any kind that isn't SW.

If it is Jurassic Park, Andy will be pulling his hair out now that he works for DC. :D
I'm most excited for Conan followed by The Godfather, Ghostbusters, Video Games depending on the license, The Fly (modern more so), and Disney only for the POTC Hot Toys figures; only if they're 1/6 scale figures, I can't afford statues.
Jurassic Park would be interesting to look at but stuff I'd never afford.

I'm hoping it's 1/6 Conan and the Godfather. The Conan figures could make use of the new Sideshow Big Boy body, unless it's actually distribution of Hot Toys figures which would be killer!

Does Jurassic Park have marketability anymore? I'm asking honestly not jerkily. I mean, I'm sure they can make great stuff but all those other flicks have cult followings, JP was great and all but just isn't the same. Also I see a LOT of Kong stuff for clearance all over, what's the market on big Dinos?

I'm hoping something like GOW since GG has Halo. I'd be cool with Jurassic Park because I might get a T-Rex statue. Other than that none of those choices will get a penny from me.

Wouldn't it be great that Sideshow actually has all the new licenses listed in the poll? I'd bet the Mister Rogers thing would be a bobble head or something.

If anybody should do Conan 1/6 figures it should be Hot Toys. They already have a great muscle body that lends itself to almost any franchise with Arnold in it. I'd rather Hot Toys did it anyway. We could expect top notch quality along the lines of the Rocky and Rambo figures.

Thats one reason I thought Godfather could be an option, they are making those Wayne figures... I figure a 1/6 Brando as the Godfather is just as Iconic and would cater to a pretty wide audience.
