Well it seems like a lock that Thor vs Loki will be the next vs dio,so lets hope that a Pf of Thor isnt far behind.

When I saw that little sneak peak, I just didn't think Loki (I have no doubt that it is though). This inability to recognize the character is especially bothersome since I was reading back issues of Thor yesterday, which featured him.

Then again, I recently caught up my comic book account at the local store, getting about 35 mags and spending well over $100. I guess that I just didn’t have Loki on my mind, it was more like Tigra....

This specific Book is not out yet. I was refering to Mighty Vengers 3. BUT talk about a cat fight--VERY NICE. HOW MUUCH!

Whoa . . .what's so cool about Thor and his storyline and villains is that it crosses well into the actual Norse mythology, which is something I've always loved. So, this dio will be great as long as they don't alter the grab of Thor or Loki -- I'd like the classic looks please. And the pics of Loki posted here so far I like as well!

And for those ********s out there, who says we can't have a PF Thor announcement to go with this dio! One can't have enough Thor!

I have a pic of this dio on another forum account. DEF Thor and Loki. Though apparently it is from a mini-series of some sort as it isn't the standard Thor. I had to look several times just to assure myself that it was actually Thor.

BTW....if this is announced at SDCC what would be the likely time frame for this going up on the site. I will DEF be buying the EX version.

It's funny that I don't care about dios in the other licenses like SW and LotR which I prefer over Marvel. But I have bought all of the Marvel dios.

I keep saying I won't, but they pull me back in. And I'd really prefer a Thor PF, but if this is the dio - I'll definitely be going back on my promise again.

I would love for Sideshow to release 2 PFs with 1 of them being a more obscure character that's visually striking: Black Bolt, Black Widow, Namor, Moon Knight, Mystique, Black Panther, etc.

I hopes Its not a PF Moon Knight - That would be one I'd have to break down and get despite not having any PF's todate.

Of course in a PF which version of Moonie becomes an issue.... I suppose I'd want the latest one but I'd love to see some 12" versions of him - particularly the battle armour from the late run of MS:MK.

I'm telling you guys...the Thor in the Dio is going to disappoint a LOT of people because of the outfit...unless his REG outfit is the exclusive. Put it this way...I didn't see any red or blue in the statue....for Loki I'm not too sure I saw green. Only hardcore fans that can place the art this is based on are really going to enjoy this piece.

Another thing to consider is that now that the Vs diorama will be based on the "Loki" look for Thor, the PF will most likely be based on the classic look. Besides, the Cap VS was some kind of "Ultimate" amalgamation that didn't make sense. Cool, but lots of creative liberty was taken when sculpting it.

I didn't see a painted version, but Thor was not bearded in the one I saw (that isn't to say the exclusive couldn't be an alternate head).

That was the thing...I got the pic in a PM and was never told it wasn't painted. That's what scared me. So I hope it looks TONS better painted.
