Nice video! I love the colour scheme on this piece and the rattle pattern. So we will be getting this around May to Jun? In terms of QC will there be someone checking on the individual pieces since it is not that much before it goes out? I really hate to deal with returns for replacement.

Yes we have a guy who we work very closely with in the factory. We are using the same factory and although the do many other statue lines they were very proud to do this Medusa last time. This sense of pride paid off and we hope very much that it will pay off this time. Most issues were because of excessive shipping times and damages occurring due to the fact that they were shipped by boat.
This time around they are coming to you by air and handling times are much, much less. I expect 5-10 days delivery for most, bar unexpected customs holds.

Here is a picture from the last production from same factory that will be doing your new Medusa Rattle

We feel very fortunate to be working with this factory

Re: NEW Medusa limited Release Rattle Warning > Partial nudity WAITLIST

Beauty IS the beast! She looks great. Make sure she gets a gloss, Alex please.

As I said before the paints used in China cannot be replicated here in the US. Arahom painted this new Rattle in house.
I will remind him of this, as I too think a slimy body appeales to the snake lover in all of us.

He would match Medusa, but have seen Red Sonja (again bigger ****s)
Looks so sick, the only man in my Collection is joker pf so far.

Yes it's expected to be done early next year and has to be accepted first

How about this to keep you happy till then

I think the way the artist has interpreted the rattle snake is perfect.
The snake skin shows gloss and the torso, does not, or at least, less so.

I look at the green snake gloss on the torso and I think that would look horrible on the rattle snake.

The rattle snake lives in the dry desert and is much different then a green slimy snake that lives in the rain forest.

Please let us know what you intend to do, i'm buying this based on the pictures i'm seeing, if it you plan on changing it, then I think new pictures are required so we can be sure of what we are getting and if we still what to get it.

That looks expensive. I would only buy this if it was an all female diorama instead of this.:monkey3 Maybe the EX could be all female version.:wink1:

Snakes aren't slimy or wet but i'm good with whatever direction is taken.

Here, we see there are going to be different points of views.
As many prototypes, there will be some minor changes as the paints will not be exactly replicated. They do their best but as you can see the patterns on a rattle snake can vary.
There are two things to consider, each one of these will be painted by hand so each will be unique. Second the paint Arahom used was flat for the upper body from what I can tell, and my guess is that the paint used in China will have a bit more gloss. Its hard to say until we see the in hand photos of the factory production.
What you are seeing is the prototype model painted in the USA by Arahom Radjah.
I rather you know this info and am being totally realistic and honest with you here.
This factory is good, very good in fact, yet as in every production, no matter what company is producing it it will be slight updates.
Our job is two folds, to make sure the factory product is as close as to the prototype shown and we get a high quality end product.
Second, to keep you updated as far as the end results, as it is being produced. I hope we get some factory pics at some point.

Im confident based on the last Medusa they did for us, they will be just as good, its even possible there will be some slight improvements. As I said before they use much better/differnt paints in China than we have available here available to Arahom and our studios.

But then I dont think we should rush to judgments or speculations just yet. The reassuring part for all of you should be the top quality delivered the last time. You only need to look and ask about this from the guys that already have the green version.
(Just try to not be swayed by the lousy wait times we had, this production will be quick and delivery even quicker this time around)

Female warriors! Thats going to be expensive! I highly doubt it.
But I will say there is a good chance we will see her alone and on a rock! :wave

How much more expensive it can be instead of the male warriors? One would think it would be the same price.:dunno

VS, there are much more costs involved. Realistically it will not happen.

And there is something to say about The SHE Devil kicking some male counter parts, rear end! :wave

i agree with these guys, this version should be a little less glossy. makes sense that it would be less slimy because rattle snakes live in a warmer climate. i'm not saying it should be matte finnish but just less glossy :D

Is the red eye "makeup" around Medusa's eyes supposed to be a paint glow effects from her eyes?

I'd love to get one of these and see if I can make that really pop. Too bad they didn't actually wire it with LEDs.

Gorgeous sculpt on this thing. I wish they offered it as a kit.

I thought the sheen on the green snake body looked great. While not slimy at all, most snake scales reflect some light depending on the phase of shedding.

Yesterday I was so close to emailing ARH to cancel my order on Rattle Medusa because of its size. I felt before that I know I will be impressed by it, but its size would take up so much space that I could bought and put 2-3 different collectable items in its place instead.

After seeing that video on youtube I completely changed my mind! Seeing Arahom next to it to give it a scale along with the awesome paint job and the best pair of fruits I have ever seen on a statue SOLD ME FAST. Sorry for breaking the hearts of those on the wait list, because I am keeping my order. :lol
