Usually when it says "unclaimed" that means you sent it to the wrong PayPal address. AFAIK, that means you sent it to an email address that is not associated with a PayPal account. You can just click 'cancel' on the payment and double check the PayPal address.

I haven't heard back from Sal since he told me my order was completed and I paid the other half of the deposit on 10-12-13.
