and Im betting there would be no mixed media at all on more popular characters like Ironman & Daredevil.

I mean if they can pull off a pleather suited DD then it will be AWESOME!, but I'll believe they can mass produce a good-fitting, pleather suited DD when I see it.

and obviously Ironman will be all scutlp save for maybe some glass or something.

You can be sure if they make an Ironman PF with will be ABS or similar. No need for an Ironman at this stage. The maquette is enough. Daredevil on the otherhand is a must with an exclusive Yellow.

Ironman has been done already - I never could understand anyone wanting a PF - there would be no difference.

Not only does Thing not utilize the mixed media very much - but he's been done many times in other formats.

nah. Ironman will be complete sculpt and will be all polystone Im sure of it.
The reason behind the ABS with Boba was that it would shrink in production and mess up the curve/fit it had relative to the fabric areas. if its sculpt thru to the bone with no fabric or removable parts other than a head maybe, it'll be polystone.
.. and if that Ironman was their PF version, it would be called PF and not comiquette (Dave )

but youre probably right about that not coming soon since the Comiquette is still hot and the SIM is not even shipping.

Id bet Marvel has a say though in what pieces are put in the pipe next

Thing would be in the top 10 most popular Marvel characters. He has a hell of alot more history than Wolverine who would also be in the top 10. The movie maquette does not count IMO even though it is a perfectly nice sculpt of the movie version but I am all for comic versions.

You're right....its not like when the HULK PF came out there wasn't already a VS Diorama out or when they released the Spider-Man PF they didn't release 2 VS Dioramas or a 1:1 Bust......oh wait.....they did all that.

I'll like Thing if it is in good scale relation to PF Hulk.
They would (will) make a great looking display together.

Having said that though, I'd sure have loved a Daredevil PF or Comiquette more.

I'm sure Sideshow will eventually make DD (both red and yellow) so I'll just
hang in there. Imagine the rucus if the ES on the yellow DD is 100 or less.....

I guarantee that they'll make a Daredevil PF and that they'll be a color variation on top of it. I don't think it'll be pleather but instead a thicker spandex material similar to the Spider-Man PF but with more density. The Yellow variant will cost slightly more and the ES of that one will be around 450 that will be raised once too many complaints come in after it was secretly announced via newsletter and it'll take a while to climb in value but once it does it'll skyrocket.
