Can only hope this show would steer as clear of the awful Paul W S Anderson movie series as possible. With any luck it will centre around Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine, then slowly introduce Leon, etc.

the video i posted makes it look suspenseful and horror

with shows like walking dead and Hannibal being so big now i doubt they would make it action oriented, Besides their budget would be cheaper as a horror show

I'm speaking in general, anything that's ever announced I'm immediately pessimistic about it as long as Capcom is at the helm.

If they did a 6 hour season like what Netflix just did with The Killing's final season, each season based on the games, it could be great. Bring in David Slade, Rob Bowman, directors who have shown they get the genre and can make great horror/suspense tv. But above all, stick to the games. Anderson ****ed the lore in the ass.
