BIG thanks to everyone who took the time to post a comment about the new header! This one was a lot of fun to put together, and I'm happy to know it's been well-received!

Is there a special reason for having that content for the banner? I thought it was usually a themed thing that ties into what's going on with Holidays or Sideshow events? I'm just curious because if there's something specific this ties to I'd like to know what.
There are holiday-themed headers — such as the recent Halloween header — but like their "generic" counterparts, they usually serve to promote current pre-order or new in-stock product. One exception (at the time of this post) was last summer's Fourth of July header which tied-in to a Freaks Board contest. To the best of my recollection, the headers have never been specific to an official Sideshow event. (Again, not at the time of this post.)

The aforementioned Halloween header was a departure from the norm in that it broke away from the established 9-panel format of previous headers, and this "Shaun and The Dead" header continues that trend. There have been a few exceptions to the rule of 9 in the past, primarily for large-scale characters like Jabba and Jaws that were presented in 2- or 3-panel spans.

Being locked-in to those nine little boxes was beginning to feel a bit confining, so I asked Dave for his okay to try something different. During Spooktacular it was mentioned numerous times how well Shaun and Ed will compliment The Dead line, and Dave suggested "an all-zombie topper," so it seemed like a good time and the right product to experiment a bit with a different layout and a specific (non-holiday) theme.

I know, MaulFan; Way too much information, but I hope I answered your question. (At the time of this post ;))

I really like your stuff Frankenfan. Particularly the dripping blood, even in the Freaks section, with the textured white background and the red Freaks wording smearing into it. Very imaginative, and the crisp Sideshow pics really make it pop. Wild. :clap
