Well I just got this reply from Sideshow about my damaged Sith Anakin.

Thank you for contacting our Customer Service Department regarding your package. I am so sorry to hear that your Anakin Darth Vader Exclusive box arrived damaged and we will be more than happy to ship a mint display box to you immediately.

Your new box will be leaving our warehouse in the next 2 weeks, via UPS at no cost to you.

This also means i can get the magnets from my old box and use them on my Anakin exclusive so it will stay closed

Congratz! They are amazing, aren't they? I received my replacement 12" Asuka today, and I'm happy! Even though this one also has some issue's too. But I'll leave it at that.
