ROFL Savage Hulk help me out here, friend. I saw a huge jump in here and got excited as a 19 year old in a ***** bar hoping for a Venom update. Then I see a few folks getting riled up over a second Rhino. Then they start a fussin' and a feudin' over if a new Rhino would be welcome like SSC already announced it. Then they started complaining about SSC doing it... even though it's not even happening.
I'm so confused.
Hahaha! First off, I don't think sideshow would do another rhino so quick. Secondly, can not wait to see an update on venom! Third, I'm also lost and I'm using this number format to make everyone think I'm clued in to what's happening.
But I have done something similar in other threads. Example:
"Wow! This Gamora PF looks great! It'd go great with a star lord PF. I think a star lord PF in a flying/shooting pose would be awesome!" Boom! Derailed! Hahah

I'm still butt-hurt over selling my venom comiquette years ago so I'm looking forward to this one. I'm hoping get it will match the awesomeness of the comiquette but I'm not sure it can. XM venom looks fantastic but will cost too much.
I hope this is shown and ready for PO by Halloween time.

I'm all for a good Venom statue to have more choice. I've missed out on previous releases so I'll be watching for this. I have some awesome art on Metal that needs a good statue to go with it! Right now I have to settle for action figures (Spidey surrounded by all his rogues) below it.

Hoping the show Venom an Ny comic con but we will have to wait and see
Based off what I've seen so far, I rank the COM as my favorite Venom statue followed closely by the XM Venom. This PF hits the 3 spot for me personally but definitely has a chance to move up based on final pics/preview when we get them from SSC. Prime 1 is also working on a 1/4 Venom I believe and I'm interested in seeing how that turns out. It looks like there will be quite a few 1/4 options in the near future as far as Venom is concerned.

We seem to have a lot of choices when it comes to spiderman and venom, with XM, iron studios, prime 1 all making spiderman, venom and green goblin statues

Yes the market seems to be getting flooded now with higher end collectibles.

everyone has the same licenses too, so someone is going to suffer in the end. With prices constantly going up to ridiculous numbers, something has to give....
It won't be the companies with diversified licenses

He's not wrong. Struggling/smaller companies will continue to work but agree to distribution clauses and contracts meaning the larger companies will both get a cut and be able to dictate the costs of those companies products that they 'help out'.
