I saw a picture of the figure that didn't look that great. But you can't compare a cheap figure to a Hot Toys figure or Sideshow statue.
Hoping for something from Sideshow soon...

At what point did I compare it to a Hot Toys or Sideshow figure? It's an action figure that looks great in its own right.

You didn't. I did, kind of. Just making a point that usually these collector's/limited/whatever editions aren't worth much and only pad the company profits. Few are really good and even then you can get them heavily discounted after release most of the time. With this Tomb Raider one, I'm curious about the artbook which I haven't seen an image of yet. Also, the map/poster.
I think the other Steelbook is better than the Target one. Zoomed in shot of Lara is cool.

I 've played about 6 hours and I must say that the game is visually stunning! Sound-voice acting and gameplay are also beautiful. It is an awesome action/adventure game and at last a real opponent to Mr. Drake...but it is way different from what "Tomb Raider" used to be. Those days are over and I feel a bit depressed. The first 3 hours of the game blew me away and felt like really playing a genuine Tomb Raider. But from that point and after the game becomes way-way too action oriented. You don't even have to count bullets and stuff because there are plenty.
I repeat it is an excellent game but to me it is not really 100% Tomb Raider. In fact if it had a different name I would consider it a 10/10!

The art book, while nice, is only really small, more of a hardcover pamphlet. I'm not sure if you ever saw the Shogun: Total War Collector's Ed., but it's pretty much the same kind of book that came with that.

I thought it came out last week, and ended up taking a trip to Target for nothing. Oh well, maybe one day next week I'll try driving out to one.

Just finished! Every gamer should play this game. It is simply amazing. I even forgive the amounts of "action" elements because it is awesome. A great gaming experience and I can't wait for the next one in the new series.

Amazingly detailed enviornments and tight narrative so far.
...but man I'm bow&arrow'd out !
Far Cry 3, AC3 and now this in a short period.
And I spent 40+ hours on Far Cry 3 and I've realized its basically the same story.

For sure. It is very affected by Uncharted series no doubt but it has moments, scale and perspective that are even better!
