Unless they are showing us two separate figures, its got to be a hatted character based on the shadow in the first pic. And Raiden isn't really known for slicing like Kung Lao is.

That said, I can't wait for Scorpion!

It could be the hat impact... but the way the skin is flaring out looks as if it's being pulled back by Scorpion.

^^yeah i liked the surprise in that he looked human but had lizard face i think when he fully removed mask yeah?

im warming up to the idea of kung lao but at the same time would like to see some inhand production pics of how sub-zero turned out before getting too excited etc.

For Quan Chi I like this look:

I wouldn't be surprised if they release a Reptile figure it will be like the design above. I don't see them doing reptile hands/arms/etc when they can just recolor Subzero's uniform with a new head sculpt alternate piece.

Well this line seems to be grounded to MK9, so it will probably be that half Ninja/Lizard version of Reptile.
