Yeah, you're right. It was in an issue of "Star Wars: Republic"

Asajj and Anakin dueled on Coruscant in a construction zone. She slashed his face, and he tapped into the Dark Side, sending her plummeting toward the ground.

I was hoping for "Mara Jade" myself as the next EU figure but I am still happy to get "Asajj"... I believe that most of the people at Sideshow were hoping she would win during the EU poll and that is why she is next.

I just hope they give us "Mara Jade" after "Asajj"...

Interesting... probably a pass since I wasn't a huge fan of the character, although the CW series rocked. And probably not a major enough character to justify the cost. But again nice to see how "deep" sideshow is going into the SW Universe(s).

A great choice for the second EU figure and definitely one I'll get. It will be intresting to see how it compares to customikey's excellent interpretation of the character.

The only EU figures I'd ever consider are those from the CW cartoon. I imagine Asajj will look pretty sweet.

I'd love to see a Mara Jade, but not with the big model hair or garish make-up. Maybe something more like what they've been showing on the book covers of late: lean and mean, and just happens to be gorgeous.

By the way, I picked up a copy of the latest Star Wars novel, Bloodlines. I haven't read a SW novel since before the Vong invasion. It's odd to see how much is different and how much is still the same. I mean, Boba Fett is 70 years old!! Great read, though. The Star Wars universe is sort of reverse-engineering itself now that all the prequels have come out. All the characters are now filling in their histories. That Vader is Luke's father is now common knowledge in the galaxy, as is Boba's history. That legacy is playing a huge part in the current storyline. I may pick up the next one.
