Actually thats exactly what they realize. They can return to OT anytime.

They can return anytime but a lot of the older fans who really want ot figures will move on eventually. I am not saying every figure should be an ot release, but a little variety would go a long way. With all of these shows hitting soon (obi, boba, mandalorian season 3, cassian, bad batch) it is always going to be flavor of the month figures. Ot and pt will be pushed farther to the back burner. Two new ot figures last year is pathetic. Also, the lando and Luke snowspeeder sculpts are not exactly home runs. Pt and clone wars had a very brief run and now nothing. Even clone wars kenobi never came out.
Now, if we see esb chewie or C3po or even greedo I would be over the moon. I know the bespin han figure will never happen, so no expectations.

I don’t mind that they’re promoting The Bad Batch because I get it that it’s just how these things work when dealing with a big brand owned by a major corporation. Hope they reveal or at least some other stuff too though. Last year was the ESB 40th Anniversary Vader along with the vintage color Fett and a tease for Rex.
