Commissioner Gordon and Chief O’Hara? What's next Aunt B? I think for my own sanity, Alfred is where I need draw the line on civilians. Maybe; Wayne and Grayson.
Yet the two most incompetent, literal most cop-out cops in fiction - we better call someone else to do our jobs - even as a gag, I can't see making room for those two on display.

After Batgirl, I think this lines strength has to remain the over-the-top villains and goons, even the most obscure ones)
