No, but looking back at the fans choice figure poll, it does seem that they are willing to.

TBQH, I'd love to see them drop a bomb on us and do thrawn next. Could you imagine the backlash?

Anything other than a military character, Chewie or the droids is probably a pass for me at this point. But, I think it is great that SS does obscure characters. A EU character or a Cantina one would be very cool for a lot of people. I only pass out of space considerations.

I agree 100%. C'mon Sideshow, give us characters that no one has done. Give us a Hammerhead, Ephant Mon, Amanaman. Those will be extremely popular.

By EU, I am referring to purist standards of 'only the films are canon'. I'm more liberal in my interpretations of what is and isn't SW. I consider KOTOR and the CW canon and I consider the novels surrounding the PT canon, but for the most part, the OT novels, and the post OT novels don't really seem like SW to me as much as they seem to be sci fi with SW characters.
