Last week faider fans were screaming foul on the bus ride back to prison...this week they're screaming DIVISION CHAMPS!! :lol :lol

At this rate it's a possibility...looks like another 8-8 division winner out of the AFC West.:lol

Let me clarify...typical LOS ANGELES Raiders fan.:monkey5

Seriously? Even I will admit that the Eagles had a good chance of losing yesterday although I never thought they would have gotten creamed. The Steelers barely beat the Titans and played like ass that game. With TP out I don't know how you wouldn't have least thought that they could have gotten beat.

I don't give Troy Polamalu THAT much credit. I understand he is big in the defense. And I LOVE watching the guy play. And I understand that they have to completely change the defense when he is down. But the rest of the defense is pretty good as well, and when they lost Troy last year, the "D" stepped up better. That "D", without Troy, played better against the Titans who are, in my opinion, a better team than Chicago (it is early, I could be wrong). The defense held the Titans to 3 points in the second half...without Polamalu. 17 points is not great, defensively, but can still be overcome. I expected the offense to do better even if the Bears had Urlacher...and they didn't. My own opinion is that the Steelers' biggest problem right now is the running game. Ben threw for 363 yards against the Titans and 221 aganst the Bears...not awesome, but pretty good, and Ben is not the type of QB that is intended to win games with his passing. The run game has to be working as well. That along with the fact that I was hoping that they were knocking the rust off in the first game (as they were fairly limited in field time as the starting team in the pre-season) had me pretty-well convinced that this was an auto-win (inasmuch as that can happen in the NFL). But I am not worried. I still easily feel that they will crawl, clawing and spitting, to the top of the heap again. It won't be the first time they have overcome some adversity.

The best things about watching the Dolphins on Monday night is having an extra day to not be depressed because of another loss.

2008 = Dolphins having the easiest schedule in the league = 11-5 :banana
2009 = Dolphins having the hardest schedule in the league = 5-11 :monkey2

Saints have a game coming up with them. I hope he doesn't improve much before then. An amazing physical specimen even at his age. Fortunately, he drops half of what's thrown to him and is "mentally weak." :rock

I'm just glad the game isn't in NO, but I do expect a track meet. :horror
